TRAVELING SOUTH ON 75: Exit 20/20A Churchill/ Forest Lane. Cross Forest staying on N.Central Expressway service road heading south. ¼ mile turn right on Northaven Rd. ¼ mile turn left into JCC parking lot (black gate) next to Northaven Gardens; turn left down center lane past the left side of the main building. The fitness center and pool is on the east end of the main building across from the soccer field.
TRAVELING NORTH ON 75: Exit Forest Lane; turn left under the highway to the N.Central Expressway service road heading south. Continue directions as above.
TRAVELING EAST ON 635: Exit Coit Rd, turn right on Coit. Cross Forest Lane where Coit becomes the N.Central Expressway service road. Continue directions as above.
TRAVELING WEST ON 635: Exit Greenville/ TI Blvd. Pass through Greenville, turn left on TI and continue to Forest Lane. Turn right and continue to N. Central Expressway I-75. Pass under and turn left on service road heading south. Continue directions as above.

TRAVELING SOUTH ON 75: Take 75 south, exit Midpark and turn left at the traffic light. Cross the bridge and turn left again onto the north bound frontage road. Continue to Prestonwood Dr and turn right. Immediately turn right on TI Blvd. Turn right at Gate 6 (opposite Floyd Circle) Turn right at the intersection just after the Guard house. Continue straight until you see the Texins Activity Center located at the far north end of the site.
TRAVELING NORTH ON 75: Exit Midpark Road. Pass through Midpark Road light. Continue to Prestonwood Dr and turn right. Immediately turn right on TI Blvd. Turn right at Gate 6(opposite Floyd Circle) Turn right at the intersection just after the Guard house. Continue straight until you see the Texins Activity Center located at the far north end of the site.
TRAVELING WEST ON 635: Exit Greenville/TI Blvd. Pass through Greenville Ave light, stay to the right. Turn right at TI Blvd Sign, this circles back. Turn left at light. Continue on TI Blvd and turn left at Gate 6 (opposite Floyd Circle). Turn right at the intersection just after the Guard house. Continue straight until you see the Texins Activity Center located at the far north end of the site.

Coaches
Jim Montgomery
Since 1981, Jim has developed the Masters swim concept and is currently part owner of the Dallas Aquatic Masters Swim Club, one of the top adult fitness exercise programs in the country. From 1988-1990 Jim was responsible for the design and startup of the Baylor Aquatic Center located at the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center in Dallas, Texas. It was the first facility ever built with the primary focus on adult fitness swimming and aquatic medical programming and research.
From 1990 through 1999 Jim served as director of the Baylor Aquatic Center. Since 1998, Jim has served as aquatics director and head varsity swim coach at Greenhill School in Dallas, Texas. Jim is the author of Mastering Swimming.
Jim has also excelled in sports having been a consistent champion throughout his swimming career; he has held 10 world records and won 9 World Championships, 14 Masters World Championships, 14 national titles and 7 N.C.A.A. titles. As a member of the 1976 U.S.A. Olympic Team, Jim won three gold medals and one bronze medal, and was the first man ever to break 50 seconds in the 100-meter freestyle.
Jim has been a licensed Miracle Swimming Institute instructor since 2008.
John Thorburn
John was born in South Africa and was a member of the South African National Team. He came to the USA to swim at SMU where he was a four-year All-American swimmer. He was assistant coach at SMU and then taught adult swimming at SMU and Richland College. He is married, has three children and works in the insurance adjusting business. He has been teaching in the Dallas Aquatic Masters Swim Basics program since 2004.
John has been a licensed Miracle Swimming Institute instructor since 2008.
Cheryl Gigliotti
Cheryl has been a life-long swimmer for fun and fitness. She is a certified Red Cross/YMCA Water Safety Instructor, organizes community swim lessons and has taught at the Benbrook YMCA and Lockheed Martin Recreation Area pools. She is a volunteer instructor for the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition.
Cheryl has been a licensed Miracle Swimming Institute instructor since 2010.
Donna Batey
Donna came to Jim Montgomery Swim as a student in June 2010. She devoted that summer to swimming classes and was able to conquer her fear of water. She assisted classes regularly for the next year, and developed a passion for helping others conquer their fear of water. With encouragement from the Jim Montgomery coaches, she completed the training to teach Miracle Swimming in March 2013.
Donna has been a licensed Miracle Swimming Institute instructor since 2013.
